By accessing calorietrackerlab.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors regardless of how they reach the Site.
Educational content
The content on Calorie Tracker Lab is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, nutritional, legal, or financial advice. See our full medical disclaimer. Do not rely on Site content as the sole basis for any decision affecting your health.
Intellectual property
All content published on the Site — articles, comparison tables, score data, methodology documents, glossary entries, photographs, charts, and the underlying compilation — is the copyrighted property of Calorie Tracker Lab and its named contributors, except where otherwise attributed. You may quote excerpts of Site content for personal or scholarly use with attribution and a link back to the source page. You may not republish substantial portions, scrape the Site for AI training, or rebrand our content without written permission.
Trademarks of third-party apps mentioned on the Site (MyFitnessPal, Cronometer, Lose It, MacroFactor, Cal AI, etc.) are the property of their respective owners. Use of these names on the Site is for editorial reference; it does not imply endorsement by or partnership with the trademark owner.
User-generated content
The Site does not currently accept user-generated content. There is no comment system, no reader-submitted content, and no public-facing reader forum. If we add a feature that accepts reader submissions, the terms will be updated to reflect what readers may submit and how it will be used.
External links
The Site links to external resources — vendor pages, academic publications, hotlines, third-party tools. We do not control external sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or operation. A link to an external site does not constitute endorsement.
No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged in the update log with a dated note, and the "last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
